Beyond Textile is a U.S.-based textile supplier serving major clients like Target and Amazon that is expanding into clean-energy solutions. I focused on market intelligence and marketing automation to support the company’s global solar-energy initiatives. My work centered on researching market opportunities for solar hybrid inverters and lithium batteries and building data-driven marketing systems to accelerate regional expansion.
The What
Market Research & Reporting: Conducted eight comprehensive market studies across Latin America, South Asia, and Africa by collecting and cleaning data from energy reports, government statistics, and trade databases. I built analytical models in Excel and Python to estimate demand and competitive pricing, then synthesized the findings into reports that highlighted regional growth potential and regulatory considerations.
AI Workflow Design: Architected three AI-agent workflows using Claude, Lark APIs, and Make.com. I mapped the entire customer journey, then automated key marketing tasks—content scheduling, paid advertising optimizations, and customer-lifecycle messaging—by writing API calls and setting real-time triggers. This allowed CRM data to feed directly into campaign decisions without manual intervention.
Digital Campaign Experiment: Designed and executed a $4.6K Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign to test consumer demand. I set up A/B tests with different creative assets and targeting parameters, monitored performance through Meta Ads Manager, and developed interactive dashboards in Lark that visualized KPIs such as cost per lead and conversion rates for the leadership team.
